Broncos Ink D Jack

by: Michael Steffes

Just in case you were holding out any hope for a return to the Seahawks, it is official. According to the Rocky Mt. News and writer Lee Rasizer, a deal has been reached between Jackson and the team.

Good Luck Darrell, I hope you have a better year than in San Francisco. You have a young quarterback who could use your best effort. Hopefully you can stay on the field. END Read More!

D.Jack May be a Bronco

by: Michael Steffes

It is almost getting to the point where this type of news isn't relevant to Seahawk fans, but Darrell Jackson still garners some attention. Some fans were even clamoring for his return. While the Seahawks didn't show any interest, Denver has. According to this article in the Denver Post, Darrell Jackson is deep in discussions with the Broncos.

The also appear interested in adding Sammy Parker. They have already signed Kerry Colbert this offseason. Clearly they are less than thrilled with Brandon Marshall's antics. It is obvious Jay Culter is. I am not Mike Shanahan, but I don't think I would bring in DJack to be his veteran mentor. What do you think? END Read More!

Look Who Found a Job II

I must say I have a little more upbeat take on this one. Pete Hunter, yes, that Pete Hunter also found a job yesterday. Pete was signed on by the Dallas Desperado's of the AFL.

Seahawk fans will always be indebted to Pete Hunter, who left his lovely mortgage broker business (probably a good time to get out anyway) on the hill overlooking the Cowboys practice facility, and stepped right in and helped limit TO and Terry Glenn as the Seahawks beat Dallas in their 2006 Wild Card Game.

That game, in my opinion was one of the most exciting games I have ever attended. It also included one of the most athletic plays I have ever seen, when Lofa negotiated a pile of bodies to catch a fumble and then threw it under his left arm to a moving target in Michael Boulware. Oh so close to a touchdown, but he was barely touching the sideline. Great game, and because of it, I will always think fondly of Pete Hunter. END Read More!

Look Who Found a Job

Michael Boulware signed a one year deal with the Minnesota Vikings. He will be their third saftey.

I can see it now,if one of their safeties gets hurt, they will use their vicious rushing attack to mount 8 to 10 minute ball control drives, only to have Boulware give up touchdowns in less than 30 sec of game time. Classic!!
