So, anyone want to have that three-way Offensive Rookie of the Year discussion now? To be fair, Griffin played the game hurt (I have no idea why the Redskins didn't pull him for Cousins earlier in the game), but Wilson clearly outperformed both him and Luck today. For that matter, Bobby Wagner is looking like a pretty great choice for Defensive Rookie of the Year.
More importantly, the team proved that they can win playoff games on the road. The injuries to Clemons and Hauschka bear some watching over the next week, but I like this team's chances against Atlanta. Your thoughts?
GO HAWKS! I aree RGIII is great. BUT you or any announcer can say if he wasnt injured he would run all over us. the coordinators and the hawks team were ready for him to run. He did a little in the begining but after halftime the Great Pete Carroll told his team that rg3 is not in the running game anymore so to rush him. I believe he rg3 was a 100% . we still would of won.We were prepared and we overcame.
ROOKIE OFTHE YEAR Wilson.
Hawks win! Great, but this would have been a different story with a healthy RG3. When the D didn't have to worry about him breaking a run for 40-50 that took one dimension out of the game. They looked great the last 4 games of the season, but I am not sure they are ready for the bowl!
Can't wait to see the Seahawks beat Atlanta and show that we are a well rounded team and not just good at home. Then onto Green Bay where we will show them that we don't just need replacement referees to win, but the game will be well fought and tough all around. This team is hungry still. Go Hawks! @kodebug
Seattle will beat Atlanta, which has been lucky this year, and Green Bay will beat the Niners, who are in disarray and have quarterback problems. Kaepernick still looks lost at times. Wilson is playing great, but Rodgers is too much quarterback to end up with an L in the conference finals.
The Hawks will go all the way in 2014 or 2015.
Sorry for getting this up late -- I had to rush out immediately after the game to hit a store before it closed.
