Following the surprise blowout victory Sunday against the 49ers, yet more roster shuffling is upon us heading into Week 2 at Denver.
Max Unger suffered an untimely toe injury during Sunday's game, and will likely sit out against the Broncos. The extent of the injury has been speculated as turf toe, which would keep the Seahawks' most consistent offensive lineman out for more than just one game. Expect to see even more offensive line shuffling this week, with Stacy Andrews and/or Chester Pitts coming in to help. Nice to have depth on that line for a change, yes?
Meanwhile, Leroy Hill is slated to return from his one-game suspension, but he won't start. David Hawthorne has instilled enough confidence in the coaching staff to retain his starting job alongside Aaron Curry and Lofa Tatupu, and you won't hear me complaining.
