The Bears are playing this game a lot like Tim Ruskell would, and it appears that when Julius Peppers visits tomorrow, it will be not for a workout but
for a contract signing. Don't be shocked to hear that they spent way too much on him. For the easy #1 free agent to accept a deal within 20 minutes indicates that he had good numbers from other teams and the Bears are WAY ahead of those.
