performance based pay. This year, every team was given $3,422,875 to allocate amongst their roster. Generally, players with low salaries and high percentage of playing time receive the bulk of the pay, which explains Hawthorne's $306,091 bonus (that's almost equal to his salary). I'm working on getting a breakdown of all the Seahawks PBP information, but we can make guesses at some of the other guys -- Rob Sims, Nick Reed, Max Unger (who I believe played 100% of our offensive snaps) should all be making a bit of extra bank.
