The Seahawks are
bringing in Washington free agent running back Quinton Ganther. Ganther doesn't quite fit the role of the big bruising back that we expect Carroll to target, but at 5'9", 214 lbs he has the ability to score from the 1, and can play a bit of fullback when needed. I wouldn't expect the Hawks to actually sign him -- we're being very selective, which I think is a great thing in this weak free agent class -- but I continue to be impressed with the sheer number of players the team is assessing. Every available option needs to be considered, which is something that Tim Ruskell did not excel at.
