Per Jason La Canfora's Twitter page, Leroy Hill is back at this weeks OTAs. Here is what Jason had to say:

LB Leroy Hill has returned to Seahawks and will take part in remainder of offseason work. He had been told to stay home while awaiting a trial on a domestic violence charge. Hill could face NFL discipline once the legal process has concluded. Full story ahead on NFL.com/NFLN.

This is great news for the defensive core of the Seahawks. We still have to see if the NFL will suspend him or not.

Jason is also reporting that:

Seahawks remain quite interested in Marshawn Lynch should Bills opt to deal him. Would make sense. More upcoming on NFL.com and NFLNetwork

I am a little mixed on this one. Not sure if the Seahawks just need a bruising back or if Carroll doesn't like a particular running back but he is just not saying anything yet.
