A few things for you guys to kill your evening with:
- First, for you video game folks (like nerdy me), the Madden '11 ratings have come out for your Seattle Seahawks. The team is rated 75, which stings, but is probably fairly appropriate. Here's the link to the individual player-by-player rankings. Here's the 49ers. They have not yet posted the Cards or Rams' player by player rankings. Glad to see Mebane with some respect.
- Sando has a nice vid of Pete Carroll, for those of you not yet over-saturated with our favorite surfercoach.
- Danny O'Neil has a pretty solid piece on the value of the NFL's Franchise tag in the light of Lebron James' recent debacle.
- Finally, my favorite fact of the day. The Old Spice Guy, who has recently blown up as something of a viral phenomenon, is played by one Isaiah Mustafa. Recognize the name? Well, probably not, but a few of you hardcore, old-school fans may. Mustafa was briefly a Seattle Seahawk in the 2000 season (I believe only in training camp). He registered no stats. Still!
