Although there is no news from Renton regarding David Hawthorne signing his exclusive free rights one year tender, Mike Sando of ESPN.com just reported that David is on the field and practicing. It's clear now that the only unsigned exclusive free agent has now signed.
Other quick notes from practice so far:
Leon Washington is in full pads and practicing. This is great news for the RB core. CB Walter Thurmond is suited up and practicing. Washington and Thurmond must have passed their physicals if they are practicing. Red Bryant is working with first-team defense at left DE. Starting out the PUP list so far this year is OL Chester Pitts, CB Josh Pinkard, and FB Owen Schmitt. Owen and Chester are surprises so far. When we hear more we will let you know.
