Adam Schefter reports this morning that multiple sources have confirmed to him that Pete Carroll and the Seahawks have reached an agreement for the USC coach to man the sidelines (and possibly much more) for the Seahawks. The deal has been rumored to be five years and between $35-$40 million total. The only hurdle left is for the Seahawks is the Rooney Rule. I'll leave ya with one morsel from the story:
