Pete Carroll is known and respected, appears incredibly likeable. This alone will influence folks to want to hop on board. Thats my take anyway.

Thats his choice if he wants to leave, but it doesnt feel right. Maybe you guys could post a short note on behavior expected on this site and what a lack of civility causes. (and yes I know you've mentioned it before)

And it wouldnt hurt to start a post where folks can comment thier support of Billt. I think he deserves that much.

It regards to Billt, I hadn't been reading his posts because I didn't get in on his contest, but anyone who took a potshot at him can have the "banned for life" label attached to them. As for Billt - I agree with the above comments, ban people that are not able to be civil. If they dont like a particular blogger they can simply skip those posts. I dont always agree with his perspective and man are some of his posts long! but clearly he was putting thought and effort into his posts which always gave us something to think about.

Bring back billt and start pulling the trigger on the ban button when needed.

I am really sorry to hear that BillT has finally had enough from the POS's that make it personal. I dont agree with everything anybody says (even myself) but the fact is we can all disagree in a civil, adult like manor. If you can not argue your point of view without making it personal, do us all a favor and crawl back under the rock of which you came from.

Excited to see the father of the ZBS on board. It's a lot easier to find guys who are in the under 300 lb range who can move quick enough to do it than it is to find guys in the Walter Jones/Hutch category that can play well at 325 lbs.

Wildly successful everywhere he's gone, check the Denver line: put the janitor back there and he'll get 1,000 yards, and we all saw what his work in Houston produced a few weeks ago. If you can't beat 'em, hire 'em!!!

As for BillT, your articles are the best I've seen covering my favorite topic, a unique combination of passion for the subject, insightful analysis and somewhat objective homerism that strives to stay positive regardless of the topic. Between this quality and the dialogue sparked by those that disagree and present a reasoned argument as to why are the reason why I am able to ignore most all other commercial, corporate media-whore outlets that tell me nothing and still find a way to insult my intelligence and passion for all things Seahawk.

Those that don't like it and resort to personal attacks instead of backing up why they disagree with some facts are far too dumb and shallow to process the information presented.

I believe that BillT most irritates those who are looking for any reason to hate something, and their vicious reactions are a function of fishing to blame anyone but themselves for their crappy, miserable lives. They have no place here.
