I'm pumped about Thurmond, especially since we've got the solid starters to take care of potential injuries.
8:38 - Cowboys take... CB Akwasi Owusu-Ansah (I want a jersey!) from IUP. Hawks on the Clawk!
8:35 - Eagles take TE Clay Harbor. Austen Lane, Ricky Sapp, O'Brien Schofield would all be solid values at DE at 128.
8:34 - Hawks are three picks away, not five. My bad. YAY! Almost here... Eagles on the clock for third time in five picks.
8:33 - LB Eric Norwood of South Carolina goes to the Panthers.
8:29 - Arizona traded 123 to New Orleans for 130 and 201. New Orleans selects DT Al Woods from LSU. Big dude. Hawks pick is coming up, but I need it faster! I'm supposed to leave about... now. COME ON! Trade up for me, Seahawks...
8:22 - With 121 and 122, the Eagles select LB Keenan Clayton of OK and QB Mike Kafka of Northwestern, a great pick. One of the few late round guys who has a lot of potential. Him and John Skelton, plus of course Mr. Ego himself, Dan LeFevour.
8:15 - At 120, the Bengals will draft DT Geno Atkins from Georgia.
8:13 - At 119, the Dolphins take LB A.J. Edds from Iowa. Iowa is having a very good draft...
8:10 - The Texans select TE Garrett Graham. USC TE Anthony McCoy has fallen, surprisingly.
8:06 - The Falcons take C Joe Hawyley with the 117th pick. Come on people, let's move it along here!
8:01 - The Pittsburgh Steelers use the 116th selection to pick up DE Thaddeus Gibson, a solid value here. Looks like they are not content with their defense, building for the future! No QBs taken yet... heh.
