Mini-blog to next Hawks Pick

Wow, the Seahawks just got much better with that trade! Vickerson ain't crap and White will fit in perfectly in our system. Awesome.

7:40 - The Bears pick DE Corey Wootton from Northwestern. Dang! The Chargers take S Darrell Stuckey from Kansas. Seahawks are on the clock.

7:39 - The Jaguars are up... they trade with the Oakland Raiders, who take Clemson KR/WR Jacoby Ford, the fastest person in the draft. Hey, looks like Al woke up!

7:35 - The Bills select WR Marcus Easley from Connecticut. I like him too. Hum de dum. Is the guy from the Citadel still around?

7:34 - The Oakland Raiders take Bruce Campbell, OT from Maryland. Finally! This is actually good value for the Raiders who have had a totally unembarrassing draft. Many expected him to go there at #8, to get him 98 picks later is incredible.

7:32 - Huge compliments by ESPN crew - "they are having a fantastic draft, they are owning the draft. Great manipulation by John Schneider." the question is going to be the QB, says they... but now they're putting people around them. McShay says Lendale White was pissed when Carroll left USC, but said at the time he would love to play for Carroll. haha. McShay: "This has been a phenomenal draft for them."

7:30 - The Eagles select Trevard Lindley, CB from Kentucky. A solid pick, but not my favorite CB left by any stretch.

7:28 - At #104, with the pick acquired from the Seahawks, the Tennessee Titans select CB Alterraun Verner. I can't believe how much we just got for that trade. Phenomenal.
