Worst Case Inactives?

Nothing good coming out of the Seahawks inactives list. Here we go:

  1. Brandon Mebane
  2. Leroy Hill
  3. Walter Jones
  4. Chris Spencer
  5. Deion Branch
  6. Travis Fisher
  7. Michael Bennett
  8. Mike Teel
So, we have five players who were starters in 2008 inactive. Lets see how it goes, we've got very good depth on the defensive line, linebackers and WRs, so I still think we'll be okay.

Why can't this team stay healthy? Not to mention our injuries either decimate all of one position (WR's in '0smilies/cool.gif or a star from areas where we were already weak (W. Jones on the O-line, Trufant in the secondary in '09).

I'm nervous, I know we have depth but all these injuries plus Bill Leavy has me worried.

8 players inactives for a 45 players game roster...

I was thinking a team can activate a 46th player as long it is an emergency QB (i.e. Teel for the Seahawks team) ?

NFL GameCenter is saying Josh Wilson is inactive. Is that a screw-up or are we in real trouble????
