Quiet Day!

The Seahawks have today off and will resume practices again tomorrow. Not much news is coming out of Renton today, but if it does we will be on top of it.

There are so many predictions out today from ESPN, NFL, and other awesome Seahawk writers from different websites. I predict a 10-6 year with Pro Bowl bound possibilities from most of our team, Aaron Curry will get Defensive Rookie of the year, Matt Hasselbeck will have a major impact year that should boost a contract extension, and Walter Jones will retire at some point this season.
