Still haven't seen the full practice squad list, but the Seahawks did make another move.
Tackle Kyle Williams was released in favor of former Dolphins Tackle Brandon Frye. Frye was active for seven games last year (don't think he played), and has three years experience after coming out of V-Tech. He is 6'5" and 304 lbs. I believe Virginia Tech runs a primarily zone blocking scheme.
