Well, the Seahawks practiced yet again today, and there is some unpleasant news on the injury front:

  • Brandon Mebane did not practice today with a calf injury. Danny O'Neil says he injured it during practice on Wednesday. No word on the severity.
  • For the second straight practice, TJ Houshmandzadeh sat out with back spasms. While no one seems too concerned about that, every rep Housh misses is significant as he and Matt try to get on the same foot.
  • Chris Spencer sat out of team drills.
  • It appears that Walter Jones did practice, but was limited. Same goes for Deion Branch, who is optimistic that he can play on Sunday, but says it's up to Mora.
In other news, did anyone see Georgia Tech's Sylvester just get decimated by the Miami backer on special teams? Holy crap.

What concerns me most is Mebane's ankle. Someone please correct me, is Red Bryant his backup? Must kill San Fran.......!!!

who knows, it could be as simple as a backache, or as bad as a ruptured disc...

Then I realize than it's just because this site is so rad. I crave it. I need it. I am addicted. I am a Seahawk Addict!
