Hey all, I'm super slammed at work today (sorry!). As a result, I'm not able to get much up during the workday today, so hopefully you can wait until after work for your fix. In the meantime though, I thought I'd take a five minute break to throw this up in the air...

If you could have any three current NFL players on this Seattle Seahawks squad, who would they be and why? And before you ask, no, Mike Sweeney is not eligible.

From a fantasy football standpoint,

Assuming you are coming from the standpoint of building a new franchise, I would have to leave off Hasselbeck and go with Tatupu just from a longevity standpoint.

Jones is by far one of the best values out there.

I like the Ryan Clady pick. I decided to just watch Kerney for a snap against the Broncos. He was going against Clady. Kerney gave him his best first second and third moves and he shut down all of them. Buy the time Kerney was trying his fourth move the ball had been thrown downfield. It is just one play, but he made our best pass rusher invisable.

We need a replacement for Jones and Clady woul do fine. Matt Ryan and Mario Williams would be my other two. I would also probably take Joe Thomas or Ryan Long over Clady.

IdahoSeahawksFan- From the look of the recent posts, Chris is doing the bulk of the posting with Parker helping out. BillT chimes often as well. I just submitted my first post in a while. Nobody misses the Madden guy when he is gone though.

Ugh, great, tough question. In terms of players that would make the most difference from what we have now:

(1) Jeff Saturday(C)
(2) Ed Reed (FS)
(3) Adrian Peterson (RB)

Bubble:
Kevin Williams (DT)
Randy Moss (WR)
Champ Bailey (CB)
Osi Umenyiora (DE)

Clady, Hutchinson, Asomoghu

As much as I like some top of the line running backs out there, I believe in plug and play backs after the line is built.
