Tru, Hill Practice  E-mail

Marcus Trufant and Leroy Hill both practiced today, which is, y'know, fantastic news. We need Rob Sims and Sean Locklear back more than them, I would argue, but it's still a solid sign.

We need everyone healthy, and we need them at nearly full strength by the time we face Dallas. The season is on the line, if we lose there, we're toast. If we can win the next three, we aren't. Dallas is a game we expected to lose, and we expected to split the Cardinals games. If we can pick up a win and split with the Cards, we're back in it and we're 5-4. To say that we must win at home against Detroit would be the understatement of the year.

The Hawks that showed up this past Sunday have no chance to win at AZ. However, there is a chance that a different looking Seahawks team will be ready for AZ the next time.

As long as the Hawks have Hasselbeck- they have a shot. The team just needs to allow him to pass the ball. Last week's blocking was atrocious. We cannot give up on the boys now though. Its way too early.

Ocho, the team that just lost to Arizona probably doesn't have a great chance of winning in their house. But a team with Locklear, Sims, Hill and Trufant all on the field certainly has a better chance.

Their backups were doing all they could, but given how badly the Cards exploited a depleted line, all manner of things could end differently if they can't get the same sort of pressure on Hass that they did in Seattle. Add in one of the better corners in the league to help with coverage and that certainly won't hurt the Seahawks chances either.

By the time the Hawks play at AZ, they might resemble a healthy team. they also may be 4-4, and feeling like their luck has turned. There is no way that the Hawks perform worse offensively than they did in week 6- unless Seneca and Matt are both hurt.

Its great to see Matt still healthy, especially after that beating.

I will assume they are cutting Williams to allow room for another player, presumeably Trufant. This means that Tatupu isn't on IR, and neither is Jones. Maybe more moves forthcoming? I suppose you do not add players until they are healthy. Fingers crossed!

I'm with you on this one mann. With Lock and Sims playing and healthy, the O-Line could get much better. A practice squad LT, and back up LG might not show how good the Hawks could be.

I hope that we get a chance to see later in the season.

I want to know what the heck Mora is thinking giving these guys 4 days off. With that performance he needs to be riding them harder, not acting like their undefeated and deserve a rest. Give me a break.
