Just wondering, but since kelphelper's entry was after midnight Pacific time, does his entries still count? Because i have a strategy such as in QB rating...if you have noticed i have been the last person to put my entry most of the weeks, so that i can get the least or highest value. For example, my QB rating was at the time the lowest, and i thought that it would be the last entry of the day (since it was), so that is why everything under 85.0 would have been correct, so yeah it just feels kinda weird that i planned to be the last entry so that my strategy would work, yet someone enters later and puts in a QB rating of 2 less than me, and ends up getting the point when if he had not then i would have gotten it

Since I didn't specify that it was 12 midnight Pacific Time, I decided to take his entry because 12 midnight in Seattle is 11 pm in Alaska where he resides. If I accepted his entry, I figured I had to accept them all (there were four of them) since I'm sure they were all in before game time (I saw them all there before th4e game started).
I plan to put out the message in next weeks contest announcement that the midnight deadline is midnight in the Pacific Time Zone and I will no longer make such adjustments. I was unaware of the time discrepancy until now so in fairness, I never set up the deadline to be time zone specific just that it had to be by Saturday midnight. I won't accept them again late like that since fair warning will have been given.

louis phan: i have utilized a similar strategy in the past and been burned the same way. i wasn't trying to "poach" the qb rating however. i was gone the whole day helping out a friend and was lucky to get home before midnight and post an entry at all. i rushed through it and blind guessed everything. i had no idea i had the lowest qb rating and was surprised to get the point.
i hope that alleviates any thoughts of dishonest intent on my part. i will be getting my entry in much sooner from now on.
