You've probably all heard the audio by now, so here are my quick, generally anger-filled thoughts on the Houshmandzadeh / Branch audio from earlier:
- Houshmandzadeh and Branch both need to be gone. Not only are they cocky and untalented, they are also punks. Branch is just a complete and total idiot, and one of the least talented idiots in the NFL, but Houshmandzadeh is another beast all together. The way he attacked Millen (who I strongly dislike, for what its worth) was childish and unfair.
- It was very unfortunate that it took such brash jerks to finally speak the truth. The fact is, this coaching staff sucks. They don't understand, especially on the offensive side, how to get men open, how to use their personnel, how to do anything but stroke the egos of their players like Hasselbeck (who probably deserves it), Julius Jones (shrug) and Houshmandzadeh (grrr). This has become a complete and total joke.
- Jim Mora has lost the team. I've been saying this for about a month now, but I think this has finally proven it. Not only did Housh and Branch attack the playcalling of Knapp, they personally went after Hugh Millen (mostly Housh) who everyone knows is best friends with Jim Mora. That disrespectful attack on Millen was intended as much for Mora as anyone else.
- Greg Knapp is as disliked in the locker room as he is in the fanbase. He is toast, and Mora brought him here with no other options even considered. Fail.
- Houshmandzadeh has to go. He is worthless on the field and poison elsewhere. Honestly, I have no idea how he is in the locker room, but I can tell you how he is on the sidelines and I can tell you where it has led this team. If the new GM can't unload this sack of trash, Housh may go down as a bigger mistake than even Hutchinson.
- Branch has to go. Deion Branch is one of the worst wide receivers in the league, and he's also an arrogant assclown. Hey Deion, quick fact check: you've had ONE GOOD SEASON. Period. You've never had more than 5 TDs, never topped 1,000 yards, never been anything. The one good year you had was with the arm of one of the best QBs in the history of the league and he's already proven he can put up similar numbers with a guy like Julian Edelman or Jabbar Gaffney. At least back then you could run, but in Seattle, you've failed at every aspect of this game. We bought your jersey, and you quickly made it a faux pas to wear it. GO AWAY.
- As a profound believer in Tim Ruskell's program for four and a half years, I think I feel a little bit like Bernie Madoff's victims. It was all too good to be true, but we couldn't all see it right away. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the worst crisis in confidence since we almost lost the team. The Seattle Seahawks are a disaster, and not a single key persons' hands are dirty.

Never liked Ruskell and as soon as I heard the press conference that Mora went off about loading the Defense on a Helicopter and flying anywhere and beating teams ....I knew we were doomed. We need help bad and the head coach has to go.We can loose him now or loose him next year ,I prefer sooner.

Chris, I agree completely about Branch. Bad move bringing him in at a huge cost and he hasn't performed. He's also an idiot. (I was a Madoff victim on this one.)
However, I think you are way off on TJ. I love the guy's passion and I think he will be incredibly productive. He wears his emotions on his sleeve, which is okay by me. I'm glad someone from the team finally called the coaches out without actually calling the coaches out.
Also, that audio shows how composed Nate is. He held back and tried to direct it away from the attacks and childish jabs. He was actually very professional.

It would be cool if Mr. Steffers would write a BillT sized piece on the hawks.
The hawks are sad. Mora has to go. Here are a few more. Kerney, Branch, Spencer, Knapp, Deon Grant, Cory Redding. We need create as much cap space as possible. We need a new GM to come in here and change the way we do thnngs. We need Paul Allen to look in this team and go oh shit this is falling apart. It has fallen off the cliff. Its not the proud orginzation it was in 2002-2006.

It's TJs first year on the squad- and it's his first time having a down year. He clearly doesn't know how to handle it. That being said- he's far too talented to try and unload him because he's not the greatest with the press under duress.
Branch is a flat out idiot- and i think he knows the writing is on the wall for him, and he probably realizes what his role is going to be for the rest of his career- he doesn't like it.
As for you Chris, I think it's safe to say you wrote this when you were pissed, and probably just as emotional as Houshmandzadeh himself- just from a different point of view. Take a step back- take in a deep breath my friend. "woosah"

Jim Mora isn't going anywhere! Get that stamped on your brains! He will be given another chance. Those are the facts! Gregg Knapp will either be fired or the play calling will go to Mora, those are the facts! Deon Branch said some idiotic things, but every one is entitled to rebuke and his rebuttal is absolutely valid. Just as we are allowed to our criticisms, so T.J. and Branch are also. Here is a criticism for all of you Housh and Branch haters. Shut the hell up already! That's a fact, LMAO! Here is another fact. We need to lose next week to get in a good spot for the draft. Here is another fact! Next season, when Houshmanzadah, Hasselbeck, Burleson, and our head coach Jim Mora takes us to the playoffs, all of you will be saying "I knew it all along that these guys were the shit, the bomb, the real deal!" "T.J. Houshmanzadah is kick ass!" Here is another fact! The true assclowns are the fans who continue to bash and hate with out any knowledge of the truth. The truth of what is really going on with our Seahawks. So what, that T.J. talks alot! So what, that Branch called out some of you back and forth fans and told you to stay home! I actually thought is was quite comical. Who gives a shit that TJ and Branch called out Millen. How many times are you guys calling out other fans on this blog? I can name a few of you who talk too much on this blog. C'mon I know you have life some where! That's a FACT! Here is one last fact. It's alright to get angry. That's a fact! Why isn't it alright for Burleson, Housh, and Branch to be angry?

Branch hasn't lived up to his expectations since coming here after signing a VERY lucrative deal- and that's a fact. He can be pissed all he wants- but really he's to blame for his own fall from grace with sub par performances, week in- week out.
Nobody's arguing that these players aren't entitled to their opinions- as much as they're being called out on the way they handle adversity. Houshmandzadeh handles himself like a 12 year old, deflecting questions left and right and pointing the finger at the criticizer. Branch likely knows he's on his way to being released, so i'm sure he can care less what people think of him in Seattle. Burleson handled himself as professionally as he could've given the two he was with at the time.
And here's another FACT...lol.. Mora's job WAS safe for at least one more year, when Ruskell was here. Since Ruskell "stepped down", you can throw Mora's job security out the window. Weather or not he stays or goes, solely depends on who we bring in to replace Ruskell. Before calling other Seahawk fans out Farmer Paul- you should get your facts straight.

Wow. I heard something totally different than you, Chris. I heard those three players staunchly refuse to throw any coach or player under the bus. I heard them even sticking up for the playcalling, saying that players often disagree with playcalling, especially after losses, but that their job is to play and the coaches work hard to make the right play calls. They repeated over and over that they would handle those things internally and not in public.
I heard them say that Millen, just like everyone else who isn't in the meeting rooms, doesn't really know what's going on! How can anyone who doesn't know the play know who should have done what??? They specifically pointed out two of Millen's mistaken assumptions, and thoroughly explained them. Millen had to pretty much back down on both. And they also rightly said that they weren't attacking Millen they were defending themselves against what Millen said about them.
And what is it you guys didn't like about what Branch said? "Either your with us or against us?" Well I agree with Branch there too. He's right.

Farmer Paul - I'm impressed by your grasp of what is fact and what is fiction. That being said, here is something I wrote in the last thread...
I think that there will be a major purge of this team beginning as soon as the new GM is named. I also believe that the new GM will be given the freedom to choose his own head coach, despite what Lieweike said at his press conference. What else could he have said? His comment that he fully expected Mora to be retained was intended to send a message to the team that Mora still had the authority over the team. If the organization was willing to fire Ruskell, there is no way they will let a highly qualified GM get away because of some commitment to a head coach who was handpicked by the very GM who was fired for his incompetent management of the team.
I won't call it fact, because I don't really know. What I do know is that the tail can't wag the dog. If it does, this team will be BAD for a LONG time.

Hey hawksfanmsvl, what is actually an "idot"? I've been called many things, but "idot" is a new one. I looked it up in the Webster's and it is non-existent. Are you 12 years old? Did I mention in my last post anything in regards to Branch's contract or his resume with the Seahawks? No, I did not. You said, "Nobody's arguing that these players aren't entitled to their opinions." Seriously? Are you old enough to be blogging? That is what everyone has been arguing all day since the radio program! I don't care one iota if Branch is here next season or not. It's obvious that you do not know Tod Leiweke's character. The man stated in front of the media and many fans watching that Jim Mora will be fully retained next season. Mr. Leiweke will definitely not allow himself to look like a fool and fire Mora, he will give Mr. Mora one more season. Now, what fans have I called out? Do you know what calling out means? I have not singled out any one particular fan. Housh and Branch called out Hugh Millen. They were defending themselves and the team. I for one am calling you out hawksfanmsvl. Your posts are typically absurd. You show incompetence, no skill or aptitude what-so-ever, and your just... in general, "inept". Now, that's a fact.

This site has WAY too many negative propaganda going on. THIS SITE IS ABSURD. The Ass Clown thing is unnecessary and plain stupid. The radio call had none of the thoughts Chris Sullivan put into our minds, "Houshmandzadeh and Branch both need to be gone. Not only are they cocky and untalented, they are also punks." I was going to say this is child-like behavior, but even a child doesn't talk like this. Only a grown man can put out such propaganda. This site has huge potential to be a honestly good site to check hawk news but it has clearly taken a negative turn. I deeply suggest to clean up the acts of all of your employees who display this bad behavior. I did NOT hear two PUNKS, but two MEN. Mr. Branch and Housh were very polite and respectful to everyone, and also showed intelligent analytical thinking. I did not hear cockiness in their speech also. The fact is that this team is YOUNG, housh has been here for less than a year and Branch had a bunch of injuries that set him and Matt back. They need to DEVELOP chemistry, and this takes time. This is a site for, potentially, the whole world to see, please clean the "crap" up so to speak.

I listened to the entire broadcast via the link (thank you SA). What resonates is the magnitude of dysfunction and lack of leadership in the Seahawks organization. I live in the shadow of Foxboro and listen to WEEI (Boston sports talk radio) daily. Weekly, Patriot players appear on the show (Brady, Sammy Morris, Ben Watson, Chris Baker - Mind you, I hate them all because they are Patriots). My point is that they are always consummate professionals and reflect the leadership associated with the Patriots. If they were to engage in the debacle that KJR broadcasted, their tenure with the patsies would likely be terminated. I despise Bill Belichick, but who can dispute the leadership and success that he provides. One point is abundantly clear; the Seahawks organization lacks the leadership to be successful. That failure begins at the highest level.

Hasselbeck is the reason this team is losing. He is passed it, washed up and cannot stay healthy. Matt is the main reason this team is absolutely terrible. Everyone needs to get off Matt's nuts and stop being loyal to him just because he's been the guy for so long. The fact is, Matt is no longer the guy. This city needs to move on from him and get real. Get over the fact he took us the Super Bowl. In his current state, Matt Hasselbeck would not be able to take the '05 team to the Super Bowl if his life depended on it.

Ok I know now why i never read anything on this site, this post is beyond idiotic. Chris Sullivan, I now put you in the same boat as a few other "Seahawks writers" like Andy Auger, and writers who vent and produce nothing.
Why would you get rid of TJ Houshmandzadeh. This guy has more talent than anyone in the WR's corps.
He is one of the easy guys to count on to give you 900+ yards, 80+ receptions and someone who will give it his all because he wants to win, people, includinG Chris don't apperiantly want that or know what it means to be a winner. No offense to chris but you sound more annoying in this post than Deion Branch did today.
Chris I hope you read these comments because I'm going to go through your entire article...
point 1) You said Branch and TJ are both cocky and untalented, as well as punks.
Ok Deion is untalented, we all know that so you get no points for that.
Calling TJ untalented is just idiotic. TJ's numbers are almost identical to they were last year. He doesn't have the receptions because matt and TJ are in their first year together. TJ will stay for sure.
2nd point) Chris you just shot yourself in the foot saying its the OLs fault for Hasselbeck, Jones and TJ. Not a very good job for a sports writer.
3rd point) Deion and TJ were sending a message and even made Millen look like an idiot saying 2 man is man to man. It's as bad as this post. When you are losing like the Seahawks this will happen. Look at the 101 loss mariners. People came out saying the players wanted to punch eachother, its alsmost the same here. So yea Knapp doesn't have good playcalling, we all know that Chris you don't get points for that either.
4th point) Chris you just said Knapp in the last point, don't repeat yourelf so no points here either and we all know Knapp isnt liked.
5th point)Chris please, if you hadn't lost it yet you for sure did her. TJ si going no where but up. You are an unknowlagable fan if you think you can read everything TJ is doing on the sideline. He's not a poision, but you are with this post. Major points lost here
6th point) Ok we know Branch is a ruskelll bust but how about this. Chris GO AWAY.
7th point) Chris this is just too sad/funny/anything you want to name it but good.
Chris this article is just a waste of breath, at last TJ made sense on the radio and backed up his statemnts with facts.
This "article" by chris sullivan is worse than John Maclerns rant in 08 for the mariners and a great example of the current state of the Seahawks franchise. Trash, hopefully someone one will come in an burn the old paper.

Nate exhibited more restraint and professionalism than any of the other main participants. Am I mistaken?

Hi everyone may not know who I am because I don't post on here often. I have followed this website from the beginning almost. I have been through the format changes and I can remember Steffes calling people out for being too negative towards each other and using inappropriate language (unless it was an R-rated post of course). Therefore I try to never call anyone out or use poor language when I do post.
This ranting back and forth at each other is ridiculous. That isn't what this site was originally intended to do. To Lars Hanson, please tell me what Chris does get a point for and what do you have to do to get a point? I don't want to call you out but I do want to defend Chris a bit. That being said I do not agree with everything that Chris said and I got a much different read on the interview than he did. He still did not deserve that kind of treatment. He is the main person keeping this website going. If you don't like it, go to a different blog.
Now on to my take of the interview and my opinion of the team. One reason I don't post often is because being from PA, I don't get to watch our beloved Hawks as often as you guys do. I could go to our sports bar but with two young children it is hard to keep them entertained for an entire NFL game in an enclosed area with other fans around to get annoyed by my children. Anyway, I do believe that Mora has lost this team. I didn't want to admit this because I was one that was excited to get Mora as our head coach. If Knapp comes back, next year will be just as big of a disaster.
Player wise-there is no way TJ is gone. No GM give up that much talent and that big of a contract after one year. I'm not happy about it. I think a big downturn in the year was when Nate was flying and putting up big numbers then TJ complained that he wasn't getting the ball enough. We spent the entire next week forcing the ball into TJ instead of continuing what we were doing when things were going well. Next, Branch is gone. We gave up way too much to get him then signed him to a way too big contract. He has done very little for us and his contract is now down to where we can cut him and it wont hurt our cap. Kerney will also go next year (not that he has done anything bad but he is declining and Tapp and Jackson can fill that role). Grant will probably stay but "Big Play Babs" has proven that he is not a starting safety. He also stays as a backup. Wallace needs to be cut and we need to draft a QB high to start grooming him for the future. No more 6th rounders that we hope dramatically improve over time. We need proven quality. Unger-C and Spencer-G need to stay in their current positions for good.
I know the 12th man wants to dump half our roster and hire all new guys. That is impossible with the way contracts are and the NFL is. And to be honest, where do we think that we will magically find this All-Pro half roster walking along the street. If they were that good they would be on a team already and those teams wouldn't be letting those players go.
I don't agree with Branch that "you are either with us, or against us". I agree with TJ, as much as it hurts me to say that, that we have a right to be pissed off when our team loses. Just like you guys I hear crap for an entire week after our Seahawks lose. I live in the middle of Steeler country and I'm a teacher. I get to listen to 100 middle school students say "ha ha Seahawks got embarassed this week." I'm pissed. I don't like getting embarrassed. It's one thing to lose and it's another to look like a bad high school team playing against a true NFL team. We can complain. We can give our opinions just like I did, but don't ruin this site.
GO SEAHAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!

In my giant article, I forgot to mention that I have even more respect for Burlson than I have ever had before. He handled himself exceptionally well through that entire interview. He had a great year until he got this recent injury. Nate can play for my Hawks anytime.

MattfromPA--Excellent post--well written, thoughtfull, and generally as free from the bilious negativity that is currently rotting my own Seahawk-loving soul as you can get and not be utterly blind. Way to go!
Chris's writing was exactly like some of my most heated comments--rushed, thoughtless, and enraged. It surely isnt his best. But hammering someone who never takes direct jibes at anyone isnt right either.
Millen is a jerk with a much higher opinion of his own understanding of football than a lousy backup qb should have.
I dont mind that Housh, Branch, and Nate are frustrated and need to talk. Lord knows I understand! The problem is the delivery. Branch and Housh come off like fools, and honestly--guys having seasons like thiers have no room to talk. Branch has never done much for us--6 games in 3 years that were worth a damn?! Housh talks more than he catches football, and that trend needs to be reversed in a hurry. Nate is a decent guy, but I have had it with his drops and underachieving and so dont cut him much slack. Maybe I should have, as he doesnt sound that bad.
Branch on the other hand pisses me off. Where does a massively overpaid dissappointment like him get off calling frustrated fans out?! I am not "with" Branch, or Knapp, or Mora. I am "with" the Seahawks team, I am a Seahawk fan. Where does Branch get off calling anyone out when the only reason he even knows where seattle is is because we were the only team dumb enough to trade a first round pick and 7.5 million a year for a second-tier talent like him?!
Just like Tom Flores and his staff, this regime is ruining my beloved team. Calling the Hawks out is an act of fandom, and act of love and rage. It is not a fair-weather fan dumping on a team that has hit a speedbump in the road. Fans like me who truly care about the team are pissed, and rightly so, at what idiots like Ruskell, Mora, Knapp, and Branch have done to our team.
I will be damned if I show support to a coaching staff so ill-equipped to perform at an NFL level. But my support of this franchise will never wane.

If you are blaming me for being nevitive for Chris' post then it's just not worth it. Read the article again, chris made no smart points and the points he did make sense on everyone else already knows.
Greg Knapp sucks and Deion Branch is gone those are the two easy ones I'm talking about. Other than that, TJ being cut is just obsered beyond belief. I know Ruskell had his bust but TJ isn't one of them. We signed him to a 5 year contract and he's our most productive WR so tell me where Chris makes that point.
And my comment was not a childish poke, the only thing childish was this article/post.
I cover the Seahawks fo another site and I have never seen an article like this. No disrespect intended

It's in my opinion that this article pretty much sucks altogether. Why put more fuel on the fire? So the wide receivers are a little pissed off...good?
We need some attitude on this team!
The only problem I have with our wide receivers is their lack of physical play when going for the ball.
Yes Housh hasn't had a great year...Do we know why? Probably because Hasselbeck is having a bad year. And why is that...because our OL and running game is terrible. Do people not realized that when one part of the game sucks, the other is directly effected. You add to OL and RB and our offensive production would increase tremendously.
Defensively...well that's another story...

When I listen to Housh all I can think about is him slipping down in the end zone and causing the interception, then him pointing fingers at the head coach on the sideline. Not what i ever thought of as class or quality.

But isn't this blog resembling what we all imagine the Seahawks locker room looks like right now... Everyone pointing fingers and calling out others. Funny how the fanbase mimics their favorite teams. Patriots fans are annoying because they preach how much better their team is than yours. Seattle fans are what everyone has always said... weak. So is this team. It shows... we need a change of culture and maybe the fans should start it.

Houshmandzadeh has been our "most productive" receiver based on receptions and yards, but not on yards per catch, yards after catch, or touchdowns. He has put up good numbers... for a number two or three receiver. He thinks that he is on the same level as other #1s -- Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, et cetera. He isn't. That's what we bought, it's not what we got. That is Ruskell's mistake.
My issue with Housh is not his production, it's his lack of production. It's giving up on plays, falling down in the endzone, sticking a hand out rather than actually trying (three weeks ago). It's not showing up until the fourth quarter of a blowout to get his 100 yards. It's pitching hissy fits so that Knapp and Hasselbeck are forcing it in to him when they shouldn't be. No shock that there are interceptions.
Anyway, I'm not going to try to argue with you because I've done so before on Bleacher Report and recognize that it's a fruitless pursuit (because you'll never stop defending whatever points you've made, regardless of their validity). I'm not in anyway saying this was a "good" article, but I prefaced the whole thing saying it was an "anger filled" piece.

Will someone please explain to me why ALL OF YOU let Matt Hasselbeck off the hook everytime this team is terrible. Do not tell me it's the o-lines fault, even when he has ALL DAY to throw the ball he's throwing into double coverage, throwing directly at an opposing players or failing to just throw the ball away like a veteran QB should. Why is he not responsible for any of our failures over the last two seasons? He's the team leader, he should be held more responsible than anyone. Also, everyone blames this coaching staff - pretty sure Holmgren's coaching staff couldn't do a damn thing with this team last year either.

Jimmy Mac--last year we had guys in off the street playing starting SE and Flanker. Last year we lost our entire offensive line. Holmgrens offense doesnt work with brand new players. That year can go down to injuries. This year, we were also injury prone, but entire units were not destroyed so they cant use that as an excuse.
This year goes down to Ruskell's pathetic hand-built offensive line, Greg Knapp's sheer ineptitude, and Gus Bradley being in Waaay over his head. Bad coaching, plain and simple.

This blog is so ridiculous it has no useful information or analysis regarding what is really going on with the team. Chris you are the worst blogger In the history of the internet please go away you are not a real hawks fan. Housh is here to stay and that is a good thing. The OC needs to be replaced in my opinion but to say everyone sucks, everyone needs to be gone is just crying and it is frankly not serving any purpose to your blog. The players and coaches are all professionals that know football however the team has just not clicked on all cylinders this season with new schemes coaches and players. I find it interesting that you blame the coaches and receivers on offense but make no mention of the Seahawks quarterback play that has been so far below the league average it is not even visible from that point. If we had a healthy Hasselbeck and a more proficient execution of the zone blocking system by are backs and offensive line you would see a much different team. I am not saying anyone has to go and that this unit or player sucks I am simply saying look at the all of the parts and factors of the team that have contributed to a poor season.
In the KJR interview no blame was placed and nothing about the team was "attacked" by Branch and Houshmanzadah. It is obvious that Branch is annoying to hear speak but to call him the worst receiver ever is asinine, he will be gone so it does not really matter. Hugh Millen placed alot of blame on the receivers this year and I am glad the receivers got to speak there mind towards Millen. Houshmanzadah seems like an intelligent guy who has confidence and cares about winning, nothing that he says or does seems out of line or shows poor character to me personally. Those guys are not happy with whats going on but they did not directly throw anyone under the bus.
Chris, you have been a supporter of Ruskell but you want to criticize his team and coaches now. I think Ruskell had some outstanding qualities as a GM but was not open minded enough to field a product that could compete in the NFL. What I am saying is if your going to go on a rampage Ruskell should be first on your list and not last.
We have talent on the Offensive line believe it or not. The team really needs a Defensive tackle like we had with Tubbs in 05' to allow Mebane to get free and make plays.
The single biggest factor that contributed to the 09' season was Hasselbeck's slide into Willis in the San Francisco game without that hit we may be looking at a playoff berth this year.

Seahawks Addicts, you put the article out, you call yourself a Seahawks site. If a fan wants to come on and see what is being posted, they have a right to say what they may, within the profanity lines.
You really should want all of your article, writers, and post to either know what they are talkiing about or don't call youself a Seahawks site.
This is worse than a 2 year olds rant. I have seen some other articles onhere I like, but this is by far just __________ fill in the blank.
I cover the Seahawks for an NFL site, if you want the link i will post it, but when i decaided to either rant or rip a player I use real ffacts not just crap from my head.
And whoever it was who said TJ is the highest because of yards and receptions. He is 1.8 yards behind Nate for the avg so that's a pointless stat to agure against. It's less than 2 yards difference.
Chris and everyone else like him needs to get over your idiotic anger for him. If anything I'd take 11 TJ's over what we have.
Also TJ is in his first year with Matt Hasselbeck, and the doc missed 2 games in this season which didn't help.

Lars, a) You're still here? b) 1.8 yards difference over 70 receptions is 126 yards which is not negligible. c) we have never had an issue with people disagreeing with us on this site. Never. The issue is personal attacks, which are frustrating.
Here's the thing, which you should understand as someone who blogs a bit. This is a thankless job with almost no payback. We write on here because we like the community, so when the community gets up in arms over one article out of the over 3900 we have posted, and suddenly I'm being attacked personally. You might not fully understand that since you have one comment on the last ten things you've posted on NFLtouchdown.com, but believe me, it's disheartening.
I get it, the article was not good. If people don't like it though, they aren't being forced to read. It's when people are calling me an awful writer or an idiot, attacking my person, that pisses me off. You'll notice that I haven't deleted any of the comments though, nor have I deleted the post. I'm not censoring anyone, though as the owner of the site, I would have every right to.

You people are blatantly ignorant homers. Open your eyes.
When you get your ass kicked as bad as the Seahawks have for the past three weeks, do you really think the best move is to attack a member of the media that has rightfully criticized your shitty embarassment of a team? Shut the fuck up and look in the mirror. YOU SUCK. TJ Houshmandzadeh isn't good enough to compete with the best offensive players in the NFC West. Instead of telling us he's done everything right all year (bullshit) and that no one can cover him (double bullshit) maybe he should be spending that energy working with his quarterback and coaches trying to figure out how to get better at football.
As for Deion Branch, I have no idea why KJR even let him on the radio. What a joke he is and he's the one who started this whole thing. Deion shut your mouth. I'm sure the Seahawks would have been fine without your 27 garbage-time yards per game this season and I'm certain they'll be much better off when you're gone. You're the definition of a "bust" and there is zero reason why anyone should listen to what you have to say.
Deion said "either you're with us, or you're against us." So calling out your fans, your teammates and your coaches is how you're supposed to act when you're "with us"? Deion, you're the one who's "against us" you fool. Right now it's figuratively, but thankfully after this next game you will literally be somewhere else. Good riddance you glass-bodied, ignorant, waste of resources. Don't come back.

The biggest let down this year was coaching PERIOD. Holmgrem knew this team was a playoff team coming out of preseason before the injury bug. THis is the same fucking team minus rocky bernard, Mo Morris, our backup TE, and some ST players. WAKE the FUck up people.
When have u ever seen trufant play this bad, Matt this bad, No pressure from the same group we have had since 07 . if this shit doesnt make sense that i dont know waht the fuck to tell you

HaHA B?R is garbage, period. Here check this guy out, his real name is Andy Auger. I use to publish on B/R just to get the stuff out there more. B/R, in the seattle section is down right trash. Here check this guy out.
Everytime this kid pumps out an article I laugh. He says he has high ups and says he is tops in the business, I found out he's a college freshman at WSU of all schools.

1) TJ isn't going anywhere this early in his contract
2) Lars Hanson is still in HS, don't pick on him too much.

Haha this must be jack daniels aka andy auger. Yes TJ isn't going anywhere and 2) I am in Hs, but I can at least stand up to myself. Chris just wants to go to old fighting and bring up comments which really serve no point

I was miffed by Branch's comment that only he had won two superbowls. While true, the real message was "there ain't no flies on me". Like every profession, it's not what you did last year that counts, it's "what have you done for me lately". Branch's contract was not a reward for his superbowl success, it was a reward for great expectations for similar performance in Seattle. HE HAS NOT DELIVERED. Cut him or trade him. His attitude sucks.
I'm fine with Housh fiery personality, and he gets at least one more year to raise his game and LEAD the team to renewed glory. I was stoked when we signed him and still believe he can be a key to future playoffs.
I'm not sure about Burly. Performs well at times when healthy, but that's not all that often for a guy with his salary. I'd probably keep him for 2010, along with Housh and Butler, but also draft a future #1 like Brandon LaFell.
As for Mora, he is not a rookie head coach. Had that job in Atlanta, and had 2 years in Seattle to prep. Biggest dissapointment is his lack of control over his flapping lips. He is demotivating. He has to go. Another year of Mora guarantees another year of suck. Knapp must go with him.
Branch was dead wrong when he targeted fans. We love our team, and we want to believe in them, but that doesn't mean we have to sit silently watching them suck. It is our right to sound off, and the players and coaches need to understand that ultimately they work for us. Every business has to keep their customers happy. Can you imagine Costco and Walmart telling their customers to shut-up about high prices or long lines or go shop somewhere else? Duh!

Oh my God, nasty attacks from a High School student and a College Freshman. Ha ha ha! Thats some damn funny stuff! Go back to your video games and playboys, you aint been out of diapers long enough for anyone to take you seriously!
Oh, and Lars--Dude, the phrase is "stand up FOR myself" not "stand up to myself". Ha ha ha!!
Chris, I didnt like your post either, but everyone deserves a grumpy moment now and then. Dont let the fool's get you down (and this time I am excluding myself from the Fool category--which I usually dont!).

If you are in fact still in high school, join the school newspaper and fine tune your writing skills. I kind of feel like a douche now, but you really have no business calling yourself a "writer for an NFL site" or criticizing other writers' integrities.

Amen, the Deion Branch thing is just pointless now and people ripping on TJ don't even make sense. TJ actually said all the right things. Nate barely said anything and Deion is Deion

All I'm saying is people try to dig to deep into the few words they actually hear from these athletes and pretend like they know the whole story. In reality, only people who are actually involved in the situation really know what's going on.

So where is the link to the "NFL site" that you cover the Seahawks at?
I for one would like to see what you have to say. You (usually) have well thought out comments and are clearly a big fan. So post it!

Albania are useless what hope has their "B" team? Since the Serbs were excluded for years dues to "politics" I hope the governing bodiesnhl jersey apply the same principles to this highly sensitive politicalusa jersey issue. Kosovo is not a country! The Serbs from kosovo have one player (Milos Krasic)cheap jerseys better than all the albanians combined and he andwholesale jersey the Serbs will be at the World Cup.
