Seahawks GM Search Begins

Adam Schefter is tweeting:

Not so fast on Mike Holmgren to Seattle. Seahawks hired NY search firm Spencer Stuart to assist them in hiring Pres/GM.

This hiring does indeed suggest that the Seahawks plan to search high and low for a replacement (or replacements) for Tim Ruskell. That's a good thing. They could well end up with Holmgren, but isn't it best to check everyone available out?
