The Sehawks have waived WR Michael Bumpus today, showing just how tough the receiver race has been this year.
It's sad to see Bump go, but he's going to probably be one of the better receivers out there in free agency. He's healthy, has some return-yardage potential and has pretty solid hands. It's a shame the team couldn't hold onto him for longer and see how he develops.
All the best to Bumpus, as I'm sure he'll find a new home very soon.

Last year the staff saw our WR depth in a real-job situation much more that it was expected to. Thus I'm quite confident about the choices that will be made here, they have enough material to judge them well.
