Mora briefly addressed the absurd report that "league sources" have suggested Walt might be out for the year. Eric Williams has it:
“That’s just some guy who decides he wants to throw it out there and see if it sticks,” Mora said. “Walter is as upbeat as I’ve seen him since I’ve been in this role, because I didn’t spend a whole lot of time with Walter before. As a matter of fact, a couple coaches this morning comment on the fact of how upbeat Walter seems.
“So, people can say what they want and speculate whatever they want but I feel confident that he’ll be ready to go here shortly. But I’m not in his mind. I can just tell you what I see.”
