According to what the National Football Post is reporting right now, the No.3-overall pick DE Tyson Jackson has just inked a deal with the Chiefs.
Details of the deal have yet to be announced, but this can only be a good sign for hopes of getting Aaron Curry's contract signed sooner rather than later.
Let's have a Curry deal as a Friday present tomorrow. I think we've waited long enough for this.
UPDATE: It's a five year deal. The Hawks will almost certainly get Curry for five now. Damn. The Rams play the spoiler, ain't that just the way? At any rate, look for Curry to be signed by tomorrow afternoon (hopefully tomorrow AM). If not, there's something else going on and it might be time to be genuinely concerned. But then again, it might not!
