OFFENSE:
Um, wow, that was... fun. Knapp came out with shotguns blarin' and it ended with an incredibly productive opening drive with three third down conversions.
The Seahawks lead 7-0 after going pass, pass, run, pass, pass, run, pass (or something like that). The offensive line was noticeably strong, giving Matt about forty five minutes in the pocket. The Hawks also tried a little trick play, an end-around to Deion Branch who tossed it about 5 yards short of a wide-open Deon Butler. For those not watching the Twitter feed, Butler started at Split End.
DEFENSE:
Wow, as good as the offense looked, the defense was just as bad. The Broncos have a good offensive line, but there was pretty much no penetration the entire drive as the tackles got manhandled and controlled. Hope my Mebane jersey isn't jinxing him?
The Broncos marched down the field helped along by a 26 yard screen pass to Eddie Royal, with a nice downfield tackle by Darryl Tapp. That was pretty much the only pleasant thing on the drive from our defense.

It's the crap between the first and last drive that is of concern. I think we miss some guys starting with a qualified left tackle. I'm more sure than ever that Locklear will lead us to disaster if Walt can't play. We also miss Trufant big time. The secondary can't cope when our pass rush isn't good (like when they're going against a very good offensive line).
Also, I wonder if the reason our running game isn't happening is because we're new at the ZBS and the Denver defense practices daily against one of the best if not the best ZBS offensive lines in the game. Something to think about.

That should have been too much time penalty!
