I think there is a very good argument to be made that Clare Farnsworth knows the Seahawks better than any other member of the press (even if he technically isn't "press" as a member of the Seahawks, but that isn't the point). Farnsworth is giving out his Training Camp Awards, which I recommend you check out. Let's take a look; I would add comments and such but, shoot, there's not a lot to say. They're all solid picks:
Best Player - John Carlson
Best Defensive Player - Lofa Tatupu
Best S.T. Player - Jon Ryan
Best Rookie - Max Unger
Best Free Agent Addition - Colin Cole & T.J. Houshmandzadah
Most Improved Player - Rob Sims
Comeback Player - Nate Burleson
Best Unit - Defensive Line
Iron Man Award - Long list, but interesting fact: 48 players made it through every single practice, 60% of our players. Not bad!
