Just in case you were worried by all this quarterback of the future talk, the Seahawks' quarterback of the present is ready to go.

According to the AP, the Seahawks have confirmed that Matt Hasselbeck is expected to be on the field and practicing when the Seahawks take the field tomorrow. He has been working to strengthen his core all offseason and apparently hasn't had any setbacks.

Whether or not the Hawks take a QB early, later, or never, as of now it would appear that Matthew Hasselbeck is going to be the main guy for 2009. END
